Spleen+ is in meer dan goede doen en pakt op Sinterklaasdag, dat is nog altijd op 6 december, uit met een compilatiebox die maar liefst 133 (!) nummers telt verspreid over 7 cd’s. Deze cd’s zitten opgeborgen in een luxe vinylbox en er hoort ook een 28 bladzijden tellend boekje bij waarin een dertigtal voorname protagonisten uit de scene hun licht laten schijnen op de evolutie van het postpunk genre en meteen instaan voor een actuele gezondheidscheck van dit artistieke fenomeen. Dat deze check nog altijd positief is, bewijzen de 133 nog altijd actieve deelnemende projecten en groepen afkomstig uit 23 verschillende landen. Verschillende stijlrichtingen binnen de postpunk worden belicht van meer elektronische stukken tot door gothic rock en darkwave en zelfs synthwave geïnspireerde stukken en al wat daar tussen zit.
